We have tried to make it easy for your to submit your order so we have created a Print and Mail Form.
You can choose from one of our backgrounds or submit your own.
Just print out the form, fill it out and mail in with your photos.
If you have a problem printing out the form or do not have a printer, you can also write your information on a seperate sheet of paper.
I will either call you or e-mail if I have any questions.
You also have the option of e-mailing your photos but must have high resolution so we can create a great quality product for you.
So print the form out and mail it in today!!
